Meet Alice Ho!

Hello everyone! I am Alice Ho and I have been teaching qigong since 1987. When I first started the Qigong Shi Ba Shi Association, I never expected it to become so big. The fact that a small association I started out of passion grew into a network of over a thousand volunteers and trainers islandwide humbles me immensely. It always fills me with joy to know the difference I have made to our community through this exercise!

I want to bring qigong to a wider community, and I will continue practicing and teaching qigong for as long as I can. In this festival, I am excited to share my techniques and knowledge but more importantly, provide a platform for participants like you to take a deep breath, calm down and make new friends over qigong! See you then!

More about Qigong Shi Ba Shi Association

Registered in 1987, Qigong Shi Ba Shi Association seeks to bring qigong to people of all ages and backgrounds. Currently, the association conducts classes for beginners and trains volunteers. Besides teaching and training, the association participates in both local and international competitions as far as New York and Vancouver. Over the past three decades, the association has grown significantly. Today, the association has thousands of volunteers, among which many have started smaller interest groups in their own neighbourhoods, bringing qigong to a wider community.
