A religion that emphasises unity across diversity – Enter the premise of the Bahá’í Centre and learn more about the prayers and practices of the youngest of Singapore’s official religions!
About the Bahá’í faith
Originating from Persia (modern Iran), the first Bahá’ís who settled in Singapore arrived from India in the early 1950s. By 1952, Singapore was home to a dozen Bahá’ís and a local governing body was elected to meet their needs. There are no priests, docents or clergies in the Bahá’í faith and the affairs of the Bahá’í community are managed by annually elected Spiritual Assemblies at the national and local levels.

Participants should be dressed respectfully in smart casual (i.e. collared shirt, long pants and covered shoes).
What to bring
- Participants should bring along an umbrella and a bottle of water.
- Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.

Parking is unavailable at the event premises. The nearest carpark to the Centre is at 110 Neil Rd, Singapore 088853. (Approx. 5 min walk)
