Meet Your Host
Letchimi, from a renowned vadei-making family, has launched her own hawker stall, Mrs Vadei, at Chinatown Complex. Previously selling the delectable fried snack at seasonal markets, she now seeks a more permanent presence to share her family’s culinary legacy.
While her siblings run shops like Original Vadei, Mr Vadei, Vadei Master, and Vadei King, Letchimi is carving her own path in the heart of Singapore, serving up her irresistible vadei creations.

Attire
- Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear covered shoes.
What to bring?
- Participants should bring along an umbrella and a bottle of water.
- Please ensure that you bring along any personal medication. Asthmatic individuals are reminded to bring their inhaler.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour for registration. To be fair to all participants, we will not wait for latecomers.
- The event will proceed rain or shine.
- Parking is available at Chinatown Complex. Alternative parking is available at Chinatown Point and Maxwell Food Centre.
- The venue is wheelchair accessible.
- Photography is allowed during the event.
