Meet Your Host

Meet Hui Wen and Ms Kong, two passionate and experienced members of the team at ZENXIN Organic Park, a leading name in organic farming across Malaysia and Singapore.

Hui Wen oversees tours and e-commerce at ZENXIN. Hailing from Batu Pahat, she makes the daily commute to the farm, driven by her love for the collaborative and caring environment at ZENXIN. She values the company’s commitment to its workers, sharing that the leadership is consultative and supportive—qualities that make her role both meaningful and fulfilling.

Ms Kong is one of the key managers at ZENXIN Organic Park, responsible for managing an impressive 100-acre expanse of farmland. She oversees the cultivation of a diverse range of fruits and vegetables, including bananas, coconuts, dragon fruit, chye sim, and bitter gourd. While the lowland farm grows traditional local produce, ZENXIN also collaborates with Cameron Highlands to supply popular Western varieties like cabbage and broccoli to meet Singaporean consumer preferences. Ms Kong brings a deep understanding of the local farming landscape and the needs of regional markets.

About ZENXIN Organic Park

Established in 1979, ZENXIN began with a humble chicken farm before evolving into a pioneering force in organic agriculture. The founder, a visionary entrepreneur, recognized the potential of using chicken manure as fertiliser—laying the foundation for ZENXIN’s dedication to sustainable farming. Today, the ZENXIN Group employs over 300 workers across farms and retail fronts, with a structured system of training, equipment provision, and performance-based incentives. Many team members have stayed with the company for decades, a testament to its values of care, education, and long-term investment in its people. ZENXIN remains committed to organic farming and public education, making it a vital link between farm and table in the Malaysia-Singapore agricultural ecosystem.
