Hello everyone I am Vishakha and I was born in Baroda, Gujarat but raised in Nagpur, Maharashtra. I am the typical Maharashtrian girl who studied Hotel Management and worked in Mumbai and Pune. In India, I was a culinary teacher and chef. When I met my partner, a captain of a merchant navy, we travelled the world. In 2019, we moved to Singapore. However, no matter where I go, food still reminds me of my hometown. I continue to cook with my roots in mind but based on the availability of ingredients, substituting recipes with fresh ingredients that you can source from the markets here.
