Hello all! My name is Alessandro, I’m 33 and I’ve been living in Singapore for more than 5 years! I am from Northern Italy, Parma. I love good food, traveling and football! I love the food in Singapore, so now in return, I would love to share the food of my land.

The dishes I will be presenting are typical of my region in Italy and use all ingredients that can be readily found in farms that are quite common in my region.

Kitchen Movements, a series of events curated by The Party Elves, provides a platform for home chefs to shine and share their dishes. They focus on self taught passionate home cooks who cook with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. Kitchen Movements hopes to cultivate a community that comes together over a shared love of home cooked food and the belief in a giving community.
