About the Programme
What you’ll do:
The Sree Ramar Temple has come a long way since the early days of World War II. Beginning as a humble shrine at the foot of a tree at 14th milestone Changi, the temple has grown to become the main temple serving Hindu deity Rama in Singapore. Trace the history of Sree Ramar Temple on a guided tour with the temple’s volunteers and come face-to-face with the ‘guardians’ of Changi Village!
P.S. The Sree Ramar Temple is also home to statues of the Buddha, Guan Yin (Goddess of Mercy) and the Hindu deity Hanuman!
