Hidden in plain sight across our heartlands are Vietnamese restaurants and supermarkets that locals often do not notice! Join San San to uncover these gems as she takes us to her favourite shopping and eating places! This tour will also include a hearty meal so be sure to save some stomach space! We will be slurping on a bowl of authentic pho bo at San San’s favourite restaurant as she details her stories of living in Vietnam and integrating into Singaporean culture!

Xin chào! My name is Le Huong, a Vietnamese PR. I am married with 1 son and have been residing in Singapore for almost 2 decades. After many years of being friends with the desks, chairs and computers of the travel agent office arranging itinerary & logistics, I recently switched to become a freelance tour guide!
To me, Home is…
where I feel the hugs of family, warmth from friends, and where I found my favourite job. Singapore is my second home.
What is your favourite thing about Singapore?
My favourite thing in Singapore is the sheer amount of greenery packed into this little red dot. Can you imagine that there are over 7 million trees in this country of 6 million people? Being able to walk or cycle on park connectors and take in the fresh air is something I really enjoy about this place!

- Participants must be fully vaccinated.
Attire
- Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear covered shoes for walking.
What to bring
- Participants should bring along an umbrella/poncho, hand sanitiser, insect repellent, and a bottle of water.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own earphones (with a standard 3.5mm audio jack) because we will be using radio guides for the tour.
- Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.

- The nearest carpark from Aljunied MRT is at 60 Lor 25A Geylang, Singapore 388250. (Approx. 5 min walk)
