What You'll Do
Embark on a journey through time with Lin Niak, who started his business selling pyjamas with his wife more than 65 years ago. Hear intriguing stories from Mr Lin as he recounts the humble days of his business when it first started out as a stall along Smith Street. Step into the nostalgia of the past as you discover the evolving styles of pyjamas through the generations, and who knows, you might even have the chance to slip into a pair!
Meet Your Host
Mr and Mrs Lim, affectionately known as Uncle Lim and Auntie Lim, have run Sun Panda Pyjamas for over 65 years. Originally selling their cosy pyjamas along Smith Street, the Lims have been part of the vibrant street stalls and markets. They even designed their own unique pyjama styles during that time. Today, you can still find Uncle Lim and Auntie Lim at Sun Panda Pyjamas, welcoming customers with their friendly and warm personalities.

- Participants should bring along an umbrella and a bottle of water.
- Please ensure that you bring along any personal medication. Asthmatic individuals are reminded to bring their inhaler.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before the event for registration.
- The event will proceed rain or shine.
- Parking is available at Chinatown Complex. Alternative parking is available at Chinatown Point and Maxwell Food Centre.
- The venue is wheelchair accessible.
- Photography is allowed at event premises.
