Ana Fong is a key fourth-generation member of Tong Heng Delicacies. Through her dedication and passion, Ana began to understand the significance of the business to her family and felt compelled to help Tong Heng stay relevant and cater to a changing customer base. Overcoming initial scepticism, Ana gained her family’s trust, and today, she takes pride in the progress Tong Heng has made and its promising future.
