One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Meet Eddie Koh, the decoration maestro of Bukit Batok, and witness his extraordinary talent for creating upcycled festive decorations. Take a trip down memory lane with Eddie and his neighbours as they transform their void deck into their childhood kampong.
Come hear Eddie share about the motivation and inspiration behind his festive decorations and how they have sparked curiosity and also the generosity of many neighbours in his block to contribute to the beautifying of their block over the years. Eddie will also share about the challenges of storing materials and the ‘hidden’ areas to pick up treasures around the block!
Former costing executive Eddie Koh is an old boy of Bukit Batok. His decorations this year are inspired by his time growing up in Kampong Chantek, and his experience moving from Kampong to high-rise Housing Development Board flats!
