Poon Tai Sam, the amiable owner of Sam Fresh Chill Pork, entered the butcher business following in the footsteps of his father, who started the business in the lively wet markets of Chinatown. Learning the trade from his father, Tai Sam accumulated a wealth of fascinating stories about the experiences of being a butcher, both in the past and present. With his warm and friendly nature, Tai Sam is always eager to share these intriguing tales from his journey as a butcher.
