Ana Fong is a key fourth-generation member of Tong Heng Delicacies. After initially distancing herself from the family business, Ana unexpectedly returned in 2011 to learn the art of pastry making from her two aunties, who are currently the third-generation owners. Through her dedication and passion, Ana began to understand the significance of the business to her family and felt compelled to help Tong Heng stay relevant and cater to a changing customer base. Overcoming initial scepticism, Ana gained her family’s trust, and today, she takes pride in the progress Tong Heng has made and its promising future.
