Elizabeth co-founded Kueh Ho Jiak, a multi-generation family business specialising in Nyonya kueh and traditional Nanyang delicacies. She learned culinary skills and organisational abilities from her mother, Sandy, who started the business after growing up around her mother’s small food cart in the kampung. As Kueh Ho Jiak’s orders grew, Elizabeth entirely dedicated her time to the business, modernising the kuehs and expanding the services to include workshops, online deliveries, and live station cooking at various venues. With Elizabeth and her mother’s commitment and innovation, Kueh Ho Jiak continues to thrive and evolve.
