Chiam Eng Hong, the friendly owner of Xia Ji Vegetable Supplies, operates the stall alongside her brother. Starting selling vegetables in Chinatown’s street markets, they relocated their stall to Chinatown Complex in 1983. Even today, Chiam Eng Hong remains committed to her work and takes it very seriously, ensuring that customers receive the best quality vegetables from Xia Ji Vegetable Supplies.
