During the dinner, Sara will be preparing her famous Crab Laksa, a delightful fusion of flavours which has won the hearts of many of her customers back when she first operated at Golden Mile Complex. Experience the vibrant tastes of Central Thailand with her Phak Tod (fresh vegetable platter) with Nam Prik Kapi (Thai chilli sauce with fermented shrimp paste, chillies and lime juice). These tantalising creations showcase the diverse flavours of Thai cuisine, from spicy and aromatic to crispy and satisfying. Finally, savour the comforting delight of Sara’s perfectly crafted, crispy deep-fried eggs. Each bite reveals a harmonious blend of flavours and textures that will just leave you craving for more!
Meet Your Host
Join us in welcoming Sara, a vibrant member of the Thai community in Singapore. Her journey began through her involvement in a Thai dancing group, where she became connected with the Thai Association. Sara has been part of this community for over ten years, initially running a food shop at Golden Mile Complex before transitioning to selling Thailand durians online. Importing fresh durians weekly, Sara offers a range of options for durian enthusiasts, ensuring a delightful and convenient experience. Born in Buri Ram and raised in Pattaya City, Sara brings a touch of her homeland’s rich culture and heritage to Singapore. With a wide array of experiences, including work in various industries, she has embraced her passion for Bangkok-style food, which represents the diverse culinary influences of Thailand.
Rachada has been a loyal customer and friend of Sara’s for nearly 7-8 years. Their connection extends beyond food and encompasses a range of topics, both online and offline. Rachada’s support for Sara’s culinary ventures started even before the opening of her eatery at Golden Mile, and their friendship has grown ever since. With a shared passion for good food and meaningful conversations, Rachada is an integral part of Sara’s journey and a delightful presence in their community. Together, Sara Chitram and Rachada Koh make a dynamic duo, bringing their shared love for food and community to create memorable experiences for all. Get ready to savour Bangkok-style delicacies and engage in heartwarming conversations with these exceptional hosts.

What to bring?
- Participants should be dressed respectfully in smart casual (i.e. collared shirt, long pants and covered shoes). Sleeveless attire, shorts/miniskirts or sandals are strictly not allowed. Participants will be denied entry if they dress inappropriately.
- Participants should bring along an umbrella and a bottle of water.
- Please ensure that you bring along any personal medication. Asthmatic individuals are reminded to bring their inhaler.
Other important information
- The dishes may contain gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens. Food is not halal certified and non-vegetarian.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the event for registration.
- The events will proceed rain or shine.
- Parking is available at Blk 413 Fernvale link, Singapore 791413.
- The venue is wheelchair accessible.
- Photography is allowed at event premises.
