During this programme, participants will have the opportunity to delve into the history of egg-selling mastery with Cai Ning, from the days of selling eggs in kampongs to present-day Chinatown. Uncover the secrets of perfect eggs and hear captivating tales from the past. Meet Nah Cai Ning, the cheerful owner of Jia Rong Egg Stall, who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in eggs. With her experience in owning a farm and selling eggs since the construction of Chinatown Complex in 1983, she is ready to recommend the perfect eggs to suit your lifestyle and cooking preferences.

Nah Cai Ning, the cheerful stall owner of Jia Rong Egg Stall, has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to eggs. With a history of owning a farm at Jalan Bahar, she has been selling eggs in Chinatown Complex since its construction in 1983. Count on her expertise to recommend the perfect type of eggs tailored to your lifestyle and cooking preferences!
