Shu Kei’s journey began in 1997 when he arrived in Singapore from Hong Kong, where he gained experience working at several esteemed Cantonese restaurants in the city. Renowned for its delectable handmade dim sum, Shu Kei’s stall stands out for its restaurant-quality offerings prepared fresh every morning.
